Theanò is a London-based Greek-Georgian artist who seamlessly fuses hypnotic, neo-soul grooves with world music and forward-thinking electronica. Her signature vocals – owing to her classical and Byzantine upbringing – bridge multiple worlds together: middle-eastern scales with heart-affirming blues and R&B expression.
Theanò is a rare breed of master singer, at a young age. Her tone is healing, her message universal. A fearless explorer, she creates vocal symphonies of ethereal layers using loop technologies, and brings together an exciting band of soulful drums, funky bass and jazz-infused guitars to her live shows. She has opened concerts for some of the biggest names in Greek pop, while her London gigs are always packed by her dedicated and growing audience.
